5. Pre-Orders
For partially paid pre-order items, customers are required to pay the remaining balance within one week of being notified that the item has arrived. If additional time is needed, customers must contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Fully prepaid pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available in stock.

Pre-order availability is subject to stock allocation. If we do not receive sufficient stock to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage, customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the package. The video must show the package in its original sealed condition and clearly display the damage. Claims submitted without valid video evidence may be denied.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMTF_Diecast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
