At LMTF_Diecast, we strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds (General Policy)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To process your request, you must:

  • Record a clear, unedited video while opening your package.

  • Ensure the video shows the package in its original sealed condition before opening.

  • Clearly capture the damage or defect in the product.

This video is required to verify that the damage did not occur after delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The unboxing video

  • Photos (if applicable)

Requests without proper video evidence may not be approved.

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Damage caused after opening or use

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Each case is reviewed individually.

  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
