1. Overview
This website is operated by LMTF_Diecast. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LMTF_Diecast. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Services
We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All payments must be completed at checkout unless otherwise stated for pre-order or partially paid items. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

5. Pre-Orders

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: By placing a pre-order with LMTF Diecast, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Pre-Order Cancellations: Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the pre-order is considered confirmed. Any customer-requested cancellation after this period will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee based on the total price of the canceled pre-order item(s). The remaining 60% will be refunded to the original payment method.

For partially paid pre-orders, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of arrival notification. Please contact us promptly if additional time is needed.

Fully prepaid pre-orders will ship once all items in the order are available. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all pre-order items have arrived. Free shipping on orders over $60 applies only when the entire order is shipped together. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place a separate order and pay the applicable shipping cost.

Pre-order release and arrival dates are estimates and may be subject to delays or changes. Pre-orders are also subject to supplier allocation and availability.

If LMTF Diecast is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the affected item will be fully refunded and the 40% cancellation fee will not apply.

Please do not place a pre-order unless you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage, customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the package. The video must show the package in its original sealed condition and clearly display the damage. Claims submitted without valid video evidence may be denied.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMTF_Diecast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

9. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only.

10. Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party services.

11. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
